Todd D Heathershaw

Our beloved Todd D Heathershaw, passed away at UCSF Medical Center Hospital in San Francisco, CA on August 4, 2019, at the age of 55.
He was born June 24, 1964 to Bobby Lytle Heathershaw and the late Ron Heathershaw.
Todd grew up in the Wall, SD area, and graduated from Wall High School in 1982. He attended South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986. He moved to Phoenix AZ and was employed by Medtronic. This is where he met his future wife, Lori Pepin Heathershaw. They were married in 1995. To this union, one son, Cole Thomas Heathershaw was born. Plus two bonus kids, stepson, Jordan Bednarz, and stepdaughter, Chelsea Bednarz Rossini. Todd was an amazing dad, mentoring them in sports and academics. He  completed his Masters Degree at Arizona State University.
Todd loved the outdoors. He was an avid hiker and spent most weekends finding that new trail or mountain. Todd had a passion for skiing which formed great friendships and memorable skiing trips. Todd & Lori traveled the world extensively, and shared a beautiful life together.
In 2016, Todd made the big step to move to San Jose, CA. He was employed by Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA. He loved the travel that came with his career. He traveled to numerous countries, most often to China. His Dad, Ron Heathershaw, welcomed him to heaven, as well as his grandparents, Charles Heathershaw and Verna Pourier Heathershaw, Don Lytle, and Zohy Amiotte Wieser.
Those who will miss his smile and love, are his wife Lori Heathershaw, San Jose CA, his children Cole Heathershaw, Redmond WA,  Jordan Bednarz, Houston TX, Chelsea (Andres) Rossini & grandson Grayson of Phoenix AZ , his mother Bobby Heathershaw Crawford and stepdad Robert Crawford, Rapid City SD, his brother Marty (Doe) Heathershaw, Morongo Valley CA, his sister Ronda Wilson, Wall SD, his father and mother in law Bill and Jerry Pepin, Lubbock TX  and sisters’ in law Suzanne Cunningham, Cindy Morgan, and Jennifer Searles, all of Texas. Many aunts and uncles, nieces and  nephews, and cousins in South Dakota, Texas, & California, that loved him dearly.
A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 AM on September 21, 2019 at Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Rapid City, SD.
