Philip Dale (Phil) Morgan

Philip Dale (Phil) Morgan, 84, passed away on December 2, 2020 in Billings, MT.
Phil was born on September 17, 1936 to Homer and Laura Morgan of Milesville , SD.
He grew up in the Milesville and Philip area and it was always home to him.  He loved being with people, especially family.  Phil was never down.  He always saw the positive side.  He cared more about your problem than anything that he might  be going through.
Phil married Marilyn Rhinehart in 1965.  They had 2 sons; Mark and Robert.
He was married to Nanette Banning in 1979.
He was a longtime owner of Post Frame Specialists in Billings, MT.
He is survived by his wife Nanette, son Mark (Angie) Rapid City, SD; Robert of Pheonix, AZ; Grandchildren: M’Lynn and Jack Morgan;  Brothers, Gerald (  Gladys) Rapid City SD; Keith (Norleen) Billings, MT; Ed (Bonnie),Miller, SD;  Sisters Connie (Bill) Parsons Milesville, SD, Kyle Taylor, Gillette, WY.
Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Laura Morgan, brothers Allen Morgan, and Kent Morgan,  two sister in laws, Lorraine Morgan and Mary Morgan, a brother in law, Fred Taylor and a grand nephew, Kirk Parsons
Due to COVID, there will be a family service later.
