LaJune Alberta Pauley

LaJune Alberta Pauley, 76, New Underwood, SD, formerly of Charter Oak, IA, passed away of natural causes on Sunday, November 10, 2019 in New Underwood, SD.
LaJune was born to Lomorne (Stegmann) and Albert Whitenack on June 26, 1943.
LaJune was married to Gaylord E. Pauley in 1959.  They were blessed with 4 children: Timothy Joseph, James J., William D., and Angela Sue.
She is survived by sons, Tim (Colleen) Pauley of Denison, IA, William Pauley of North Carolina; brothers, William Whitenack of Iowa, Paul (Erla) Whitenack of Iowa; sisters, Marcella Buchanan of Missouri, Ruth Ann (Chuck) Carstensen of South Dakota, Sue Ibach of Iowa; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews
 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 2 children, James J. on June 17, 2017 and an infant daughter, Angela Sue on July 19, 1969; and 2 brothers, LeRoy and Howard.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:00am at Kirk Funeral Home with Pastor Jake Julson officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the New Underwood Cemetery, New Underwood, SD.
