Billy Ray Stovall

Bill was born to parents Austin and Ola Stovall on June 11, 1940 in Snyder, Texas. He passed in Everett, WA on January 16, 2026 after having COPD, Stage 4 for several years. 
He is survived by his two daughters, Billa (Dave Sperry, deceased), Kristi (Tom Johnson), son Gerald, granddaughters, Briana, Christine, Samantha, grandsons, Brandon and Zachary, great granddaughters Taylor, Evelyn, Jaycee, Rylee, Josie and great grandsons, Skylar, Jamieson, and Jaden.
Bill attended school in Faith, South Dakota. He graduated in 1958. He lived in Faith with Bertha (ex-wife) and kids and owned Faith Saddle Shop until 1968. They moved to Woodinville, Washington and worked at Winnies Western Store. He held various jobs for a few years, moved to Monroe and worked as a correctional officer at Monroe State Penitentiary until he retired in 2006.
Bill was adventurous. He owned a home in Arizona, owned and bred Limousine cattle and traveled prior to his illness. He loved western art and apparel. He enjoyed watching football, basketball, old western television shows and loved spending time with his great grandchildren.
